30 DAYS OPEN PURCHASEThis is the smallest sheet in the Nordic Ware family. An eighth of a bakery sheet, about the size of a tablet, and surprisingly useful for something so small. It's just right for a portion of roasted vegetables, a couple of salmon fillets, a handful of nuts for toasting, a small batch of biscuits or that half pizza from yesterday that deserves better than the microwave.
The size also makes it perfect for small ovens, combi ovens and countertop ovens, where a standard baking tray won't fit. And when it isn't in the oven, it works as a tray, for gathering ingredients while you cook, serving cheese and crackers or holding oil and spices on the worktop.
The sheet is made of pure, uncoated aluminium that conducts heat quickly and evenly, and it has a raised rim that keeps juices in. It's built not to warp in the heat and has no coating that can wear off. Over time it develops a duller patina, and that's how it should be. Line it with baking paper when baking and everything releases easily.
Nordic Ware is the family business from Minneapolis that has been making bakeware since 1946, and the sheets in the Naturals range are still made in the USA.
