With this siphon you can create unparalleled Espresso Martinis! Some heavier beers use nitro instead of carbonation as the bubbles are smaller and thus stay more stable. It also gives the drink a creamier and smoother mouthfeel and a stable foam crown.
Use only for cold drinks and together with nitro cartridges, Art.nr al-0705
Please note that the cartridges do not fit or are suitable for other types of siphons as they contain a different gas and have a much higher pressure than cream cartridges.
