The Nippon Japanese series is a series of knives with blades in AUS8 stainless steel and handles in magnolia wood.
The knife is of the santoku type, which is the most common style of chef's knife in Japan in particular. The sharpening is Western with a double ground edge and the blade measures 17 cm.
