The Nippon Japanese series is a series of knives with AUS8 stainless steel blades and magnolia wood handles.
The knife is a gyotoku type, which thanks to its long narrow blade has many uses and is suitable both as a carving knife and as an all-round chef's knife. The sharpening is Western with a double-ground edge and the blade measures 18 cm.
