The originally Calabrian
Nduja is a strong, soft and spreadable salami. Its bright red color comes naturally from the dried red chili pepper, which is present in the sausage batter along with the most flavorful parts of the pig.
It is more than happy to be used on a piece of bread, pizza, bruschetta, pasta sauce and even in stews as a flavor enhancer
Ingredients: pork semi-wild, salt, VIN, natural flavors, (chili, wild fennel, chili pepper)
