- The Flame Damascus Nakiri from Mcusta Zanmai is a 15.5 cm centimeter Japanese vegetable chopper with a beautiful red pakka wood handle. The blade is made of 32 layers of Damascus steel with a core of VG-10 steel.
  
  The red pakka wood handle provides a very comfortable grip and is fixed with three rivets, one of which is beautifully mosaic decorated. The bottom of the handle is flat and can be used for crushing garlic and similar tasks in the kitchen.
