Okay, so at first glance, this may seem like a bit of madness - and it probably is on second glance. But if it's ice sculptures you want to make, we at KitchenLab will proudly stand by your side. The Italian company Martellato has developed several molds for ice sculpting and of course you can buy them from us. They are made of a special plastic that expands along with the ice when it freezes. Several layers of silicone keep all the water in place and you will be able to use it many, many times. Turn your next ceviche dinner into something unforgettable and serve everything in a huge shell in ice.
They're pretty hefty pieces weighing between 5 and 7 kg and all are somewhere between 50 - 60 cm wide. We have them in several shapes - all special in their own way.
Martellato is an Italian manufacturer that started production about 30 years ago. Their products are of consistently good quality and their target group is professional bakers and confectioners.
