An announcement ring is a pastry chef's best friend. They are traditionally used for cake bases (abutment is the technical term for cake bases), for molding mousse cakes, baking bread or for various fun activities at staff parties. These are round and 6 cm high and are of very high quality. Made from stainless steel with a slight spring, they maintain their shape despite being sent in and out of the oven all the time. Works just as well in the freezer to set your mousse or cream. Each ring has its size engraved so you don't have to get out a ruler every time you use it. Machine washable .
