MoisturLOK is a refined powder of the highest quality. It is a carbohydrate-based blend made from rice syrup, grape juice concentrate and vegetable fibres. It contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. When used with bread doughs, it improves durability, quality, consistency, taste and mouthfeel. It will also maintain a high moisture content in the finished product. MoisturLOK can also be used in bakery products such as cakes and muffins to prevent them from drying out. It will significantly increase shelf life, increase batch yields and reduce baking losses. Its ability to control water activity is due to its unique sugar composition.In summary: Makes your muffins stay soft much, much longer!
Use: Mix with other powders from your recipe. Dose as a percentage in relation to the total weight of all the recipe's ingredients together according to the table below. The recommendation is to start with the highest dose level to effectively develop performance and then possibly work your way down for each batch until you find your optimal dosage.
