Bolivian pink rock salt extracted at over 3,000 metres altitude in the Andes from a salt deposit that is several million years old. The pink hue comes from the salt's natural iron content, and together with calcium, potassium and magnesium, the mineral composition gives a milder and slightly more complex flavour impression than refined table salt, from which the minerals have been removed during processing. Ground directly at the moment of serving, the aromas are released the instant the salt hits the food.
Suits almost everything and works particularly well as a finishing seasoning. Compatible with Peugeot mills with dry salt mechanism. Delivered in seven airtight bags of 50 g each with triple protection against air, light and moisture.
