Mignon Crono is the grinder we've been waiting for! A stepless grinder that is quiet, fast and smooth. The thing is that it runs 1350 revolutions per minute as soon as it is started and keeps that speed regardless of resistance. This means that it has an incredibly even output and that brewing a Chemex will never again get stuck because you have uneven particles in the filter. Time setting with a little egg timer on the side. Approximately six weeks delivery time as they are made to order in Italy.
