    • Micropaper is a baking paper that revolutionizes your baking! Thanks to the micro-perforation, the airflow both above and below your baked goods becomes incredibly even. The micro-perforation also allows the liquid that the baked goods release during cancellation to move away rather than staying put and logging to it. Even when you want to bake on a loose sheet rather than a perforated sheet, perforated paper makes your baked goods so much better! The cooking time is reduced and the evenness of the bake is increased. During a visit to Martellato's factory, we have witnessed how cakes, sponge cakes and croissants baked at the same time on the same tray with different papers achieve completely different results (see pictures). Note that what is baked on micropaper becomes completely smooth and even, while what is baked on regular paper gets the small light rise in the middle. As if that weren't enough, the cakes also cool faster on the tray after cancellation. Expect 8-10% less time and energy consumption compared to old ordinary boring paper.

      The papers are delivered in 200 packs with a size of 60 x 40 like a Swedish standard bakery sheet.
