The Timemore Chestnut S3 is an advanced hand grinder for those seeking maximum precision in a rugged, portable format. The all-metal construction and new S2C890 stainless steel grinding blades build on Timemore's patented design with improved performance and particle control.
Adjustment is made with an external, digital wheel with 0.015 mm step length - a fine adjustment that allows the grinder to be set precisely for everything from espresso to French press. The spring-loaded, retractable crank folds against the housing for easy storage and transportation.
The bearings are a novelty in themselves: the S3 is equipped with a specially adapted precision bearing with 5 micrometer tolerance, which provides increased stability and improved uniformity when grinding.
The grinder comes with a bag and brush.
