We are now introducing a new model of the acclaimed and award-winning
mandolin with ceramic blade, which was awarded best in test in Icakuriren (2011), Allt om mat (2010) and Aftonbladet (2010).
The new mandolin is larger in size and adapted to the requirements of restaurant kitchens. It is easy to use, with no assembly and no loose parts. Choose the thickness from 0.5 - 3 mm.
The ceramic blade keeps its sharpness for many years. It is unaffected by acids and cannot possibly rust.
