Italian pastry master Giuseppe Gagliardi, together with Martellato, has built this amazing precision tool that will make your joconde world class every time. Easy to adjust to thicknesses between 0.5mm - 20mm and of course only gives perfect results on a flat surface. Easy to use alone so no need to worry if you don't have any friends. Intended for professional use, but maybe that goes without saying.
