No matter what you're serving, an elegant presentation can take the dish to new heights. Whether it's an everyday meal or a party, dedication and a few technical tricks in the kitchen make a huge difference.

During the course we will test the presentation of different dishes on different porcelain. We will also make decorations and learn special techniques to give the dish that little bit extra.
After the course, you will receive a compendium with a summary of the course, as well as a goodie bag with things that are good to have at home.
The course will be led by Alexander Haglund, who ran the café and lunch restaurant Café Gourmet in Malmö. After working on the west coast, he has also been to France and the Philippines before landing in Malmö. As a member of the Culinary Team West of Sweden, he took home the silver medal in the Culinary Olympics 2016 and has a medal of the same value around his neck from the World Cup 2018. Nowadays he works here at KitchenLab.
