Really affordable knife set with three knives from Japan's Nippon. The handles are made of light magnolia wood and the blades are made of AUS8 stainless steel - a steel normally found in knives with a much higher price tag. Thanks to the high carbon content of the AUS8 steel, the knives can be sharpened at a really steep angle.
