"A knife roll for chefs on the move. This combination of a knife roll and a workstation or block is a flexible storage system that combines safe knife transport with quick access during work. The rigid frame construction allows the holder to be unfolded and used as a stable knife block on the workbench, while the knives remain protected in padded pockets made from cut-resistant fabric. The holder accommodates up to eight knives and is suitable for both larger blades up to 28 cm and smaller knives up to 15 cm. The durable outer fabric in 600D PVC is easy to clean and can even be machine washed on a hand-wash programme, making it exceptionally well suited for professional use. A practical solution for chefs working in multiple locations who want their knives organised, safe and always within reach. If you prefer not to use it standing, it can also be hung using an integrated hook for easy access. When closed, it measures 44 x 16 x 2 cm; when unfolded, 16 x 16 x 27 cm. Supplied without knives or tools so you can fill it with your own selection."
