The company started in 1917 in Solsona, Spain, which was then a town with a strong tradition of knife-making. Today Pallarès are the only knife-makers remaining in the community, and they carry the heritage forward with great pride.
The cutlery blades are made of stainless steel with boxwood handles. They make a very pleasant addition to any dinner or lunch. Hand washing recommended.
