Alessi's black kitchen scale from the Plissé range is both an ornament and a precision tool. The pleated shape makes it match the rest of the range - but here it's all about accuracy down to the gram. The scale has a digital display, removable bowl and measures up to 5 kg with an accuracy of 1 gram. Perfect for both baking when weighing flour, or cooking with smaller weight units.
Features such as tare, auto shut-off and selectable unit (grams/ounce/ml) make it easy to use. The bowl is made of BPA-free plastic and can be used separately. The black finish makes the scale blend in with the modern kitchen - or stand out if you want a clear contrast against bright surfaces. It can also be hung on the wall if you happen to have a lot of other things in all the cabinets and drawers.
