Hand stamp with polypropylene handle and polyethylene stamp head. Used to imprint kaiser rolls. The stamp diameter is 64 mm, adapted to the standard size for rolls of approximately 50-70 grams dough weight. The tool is pressed against the rounded dough piece and creates the characteristic pattern that divides the surface into five segments.
The plastic material does not stick to raw dough in the same way as metal, enabling fast work without the dough lifting with the stamp at each press. Length: 200 mm.
