Lovely stainless-steel tray designed to hold mise en place containers. The tray comes with a lid but without the matching containers. You can build your own perfect set-up and mix sizes however you like (we don’t judge). One L-container equals two S-containers in footprint, which means the possibilities are not quite endless but impressively large (according to our calculations you can have seven different combinations on the XL tray, or 233 combinations if you count the layout!!).
The trays are made of 18-8 stainless steel and are of ridiculously high quality. Naturally dishwasher safe, though the manufacturer does not recommend oven or microwave use. An excellent way to keep your station beautifully organised, and also a charming way to serve various things such as vegetable sticks with dip, taco toppings, or my childhood favourite “Bombay Curry”, which consisted of rice, minced meat and all sorts of toppings including grated coconut, mango and raisins.
