Japanese skewers, kushi, made of stainless steel and specially adapted for use with conro grills. The skewers are 33 cm long, giving plenty of room to grill meat, fish, seafood or vegetables without getting too close to the heat source.
Thanks to the smooth steel, they conduct heat efficiently while the hand part remains cool enough to handle. The round profile makes it easy to thread through even delicate ingredients such as chicken skin or yakitori, and the length makes them perfect for small stations where you want to grill several skewers at once over binchotan charcoal.
