HANS-OLOV ÖBERG is the author of the award-winning bestseller The Hunt for the Perfect Gin & Tonic, which was named the World's Best Gin Book 2019 in Macau by the Gourmand Awards. The book was also awarded Best Beverage Photo in Sweden and Best Cocktail Book in Sweden the same year. During his 25 years in the financial industry, he had the opportunity to travel all over the world and, both in and outside of work, test the very best bars.
EMIL ÅRENG is one of Sweden's most successful and well-known bartenders. He was named the Nordic region's best bartender in 2016 and his cocktail book Salongs i Norrland was named the world's best cocktail book in the Gourmand Awards in 2017. His own version of the drink Gin & Tonic has won the award World's Best Gin & Tonic. Today he is beverage editor at Café magazine and creative director of the Cadier Bar at the Grand Hotel in Stockholm.
