The poultry roller has soft pressure rollers that flatten and tenderise breast fillets and other cuts with even pressure, without cutting. The shawarma rollers have stainless steel blade sets that cut meat strips 4 mm wide, adapted for preparing shawarma and similar sliced meat preparations.
