An induction wok works differently from a standard induction hob. The power is controlled digitally and responds immediately in both directions, providing the adjustable intensity that wok cooking requires: the ability to shock-heat, pull back quickly and hold exactly the momentum the dish needs — not to programme a target temperature.
The plate is specifically shaped for an induction-compatible round-bottomed wok pan and provides stable contact with the vessel. Max load 20 kg.
