A conventional deep fryer heats oil with a submerged element that cannot be switched off immediately. When the thermostat says stop, the element continues to release heat for a while and the temperature overshoots. Every time cold food is added, it takes time to recover. The result is uneven frying and oil that degrades faster from repeated temperature swings.
This induction fryer heats the vessel directly, with immediate response in both directions. The temperature stays at the exact set value and recovers quickly when cold food is added. The oil lasts longer and results are more consistent. Two separate 8-litre baths with lids, countdown timer for each side, display showing set oil temperature and built-in overheat protection.
The unit draws 7,000 W at 230 V, equivalent to approximately 30 A. A dedicated 32 A outlet with CEE connector (blue command plug) is required — not a standard wall socket. If one is not already in place, a qualified electrician will need to install it.
