In addition to the oven, and the accompanying biscotto stone, the stainless steel table, cover and their second baking stone for pizzas baked at slightly lower temperatures are also included. We have also added a 30 mBar regulator set, the world’s best pizza book, pizza flour Tipo 0, San Marzano tomatoes, an infrared laser thermometer, a razor sharp pizza cutter from Microplane and a classic old gastro spoon. About the pizza oven
Il Forno di Lilla Napoli is built entirely in stainless steel of quality SS304, providing exceptional durability and a long service life. Only the underside is made from aluminised steel for optimal heat balance. The included biscotto stone is specially developed to prevent burnt bases, one of the secrets behind a perfect Neapolitan pizza. Switch to the other stone if you want to bake New York or New Haven style pizza.
