Stöckel’s Ice Cream Scoop Model A is a classic aluminium scoop with heat-conductive fluid inside, allowing you to scoop smoothly and without struggle. There is no gimmick handle, no plastic core and no thin pressed metal, just solid construction, a correct radius and a balance you notice the moment you start working. There is a reason it is simply called Model A.
Model A is developed for professional use. It is rigid enough to work through hard ice cream without flexing and sufficiently well balanced to provide even pressure throughout the movement. The result is a cleaner sphere and more consistent presentation, especially at high service speed. It withstands heavy use and many years of operation without losing its shape.
