Stöckel’s ice cream scoop Model AO is a classic scoop, but oval. Manufactured in aluminium with heat-conductive fluid inside to allow effortless scooping. There is no gimmick handle, no plastic core, no thin pressed metal, just solid construction, correct radius and a balance you feel immediately when you start working.
Model AO is developed for professional use. It is rigid enough to work through hard ice cream without flexing and sufficiently well balanced to deliver even pressure throughout the motion. The result is a cleaner shape and more consistent presentation, especially at high working speed. It simply withstands heavy use and many years of operation without deforming.
Stöckel is not a brand built on design buzzwords. It is built on metal, engineering and quality. All production still takes place in Germany. Their tools are consistently heavier than average and dimensioned for daily professional use.
