After falling in love through each other's passion for cooking, Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer opened Honey & Co., one of London's hottest restaurants, in 2012. Since opening, they have served many incredible dishes and now it's time for them to release a cookbook.
The book includes recipes for spreads and dipping sauces, salads, one-pan dishes, simple soups, parsley starters, North African tangine pots, sofritos from Jerusalem and herb-laden stews from Iran. Middle Eastern dishes and flavours are made accessible in a really good way.
