Electric hot plate with tempered glass top. Adjustable to temperatures up to 85°C. Works for keeping warm on a buffet, but is mainly intended as a tool for confectionery and chocolate work. A perfect friend to slightly melt the edge of one half of the chocolate egg to assemble.
Connects with standard eu plug, 220V. The heating surface is 60 x 40 cm and the entire unit is 64 x 45.5 x 7.5 cm excluding the cord (but it is included!). Moisture and dirt resistant according to IPX3. Weight: 2.5 kg.
