A heat lamp like this one is an indispensable tool if you want to work with sugar. The lamp melts the sugar and keeps it at a constant temperature so you can work and blow with the sugar. This gives you a more shiny finish. Once the sugar has the shape and finish you want, let it cool quickly.
The lamp has two modes - 600 and 1200W power. The height and angle of the lamp can be adjusted.
