Hardcore Carnivore Red is a spice mix designed specifically to give pork e.g. sirloin, ribs and roast pork a delicious golden-red finish. Now in bigger packaging! Many of the Hardcore Carnivore Black fans, loved the taste but found that the black colour didn't suit certain dishes such as ribs. They listened! Red has the same simple and delicious flavour profile as Black, but with a golden-red all-natural red hue – no artificial colours here! Unlike many rubs intended for pork, Hardcore Carnivore Red is not particularly sweet. This allows you to adjust it to your own level of sweetness by adding e.g. honey or brown sugar. To use: pat the meat dry with paper towels then sprinkle liberally with Hardcore Carnivore Red before cooking. If you are going to cook e.g. rib, bow or sirloin low & slow rub the meat with Red 15-20 minutes before you start cooking it. Hardcore Carnivore Red can quickly become a staple in your kitchen and BBQ pantry. Hardcore Carnivore Red is without Glutamate (MSG) and without artificial colours.
