Hardcore Carnivore Meatchelada is the fifth and latest spice from Jess Pryles.
Meatchelada is a premium rub with chilli and lime that gives the meat an extra kick. It is rich and complex in flavor and is perfect as a rub. It is magical on chicken, fajitas and grilled meats. It goes on oysters, fries, eggs, elotes (corn on the cob), edamame beans and even green melon. Or why not season the rim of your beer glass when drinking a light lager.
Use: dry the meat with paper towels then sprinkle liberally with Hardcore Carnivore Meatchelada before cooking. Alternatively, for maximum flavor effect, use the Meatchelada on your cooked meat.
Hardcore Carnivore Meatchelada is free of Glutamate (MSG) and free of artificial colors.
