A really nice knife from Satake with a handle in olive wood and 67-layer damasked blade. Kaizen as the series is called is Japanese for improvement and this series has really achieved that. The olive wood gives a very unique, vibrant and warm feeling and feels both luxurious and fits into the Scandinavian kitchens. The 67-layer steel blade has a core of MVS10Cob steel.
