Gyoto is what we in Europe call a chef's knife. This is the model we are most used to and it looks the same as it is made in Europe. A perfect all-round knife for all types of work in the kitchen. Pro House is made from a layer of MV steel that is riveted to the handle with three rivets. The handle is made of pakka wood which is a composite of wood fiber and epoxy that becomes compact and water resistant. The knife is easy to sharpen and keeps its sharpness well.
