Cast iron grill pan from American Finex, the sibling of Lodge. These pans are of the absolute highest quality and set a whole new bar for cast iron pans. With their thickness, design, finish, handle and so on, they are unforgettable to work with, but really unforgettable from the first sight. The special handle with the stainless steel coil means that the handle does not get hot and quickly loses temperature if you have had your pan in the oven. The pans are lubricated with linseed oil at the factory, which provides good durability and also contributes to the special bronze shade. Since the Americans stubbornly refuse to use the same measurement system as the rest of the world, it comes in somewhat crazy formats.
