This Japanese stainless steel tray, called Bakozara, is an elegant and practical tool in the professional kitchen. Perfect for mise en place, plating small side dishes, prep tray for sashimi and tempura. Versatile and useful every day at all stages from the first prep to serving.
The tray is of simple quality with relatively thin material to be able to move around the kitchen with ease. According to the manufacturer, it should not be used in an oven or with a burner as it risks breaking (but we tried it anyway with success).
