Anyone who has ever tried a Microplane grater knows that it is completely superior. Here is now a set with both a zest iron/fine grater and an extra coarse grater in a gift box.
The handle is made of thermoplastic rubber and has a soft finish for a good grip. The bottom of the grater has a little more of the same material to allow it to lean firmly against a surface without scratching it. The grater itself is made out of surgical stainless steel and is insanely good. With the small one, you can zest citrus, grate ginger or onions, or why not top a plate with parmesan, while the large one might be better suited to carrot, apple, cabbage or even more cheese.
The production of the graters takes place in the USA and Mexico. The dimensions of the larger one are 6 x 13.5 cm on the grater itself and 31 cm in total length. The smaller one is 2.5 x 20 cm with flange also on the curved sides and has a total length of 32 cm..
