Free is a glass box compatible with all Magic Vac vacuum sealers. Using the hose that comes with your Magic Vac machine, you simply connect the machine to the box and suck out the air to significantly extend the shelf life of the contents. Whether it's a cooked lunch box, salad, opened canned goods or other foods, you can count on a significantly extended shelf life thanks to vacuum!
The boxes are made of borosilicate glass, silicone and stainless steel which means there is no plastic at all. In addition, all materials and components are resistant to temperatures and conditions and you can have the box with the lid on in both freezer and oven without any problems. The glass box itself can also be microwaved, but in that case the lid should stay off.
So now you can cook your food in an oven dish, let it cool, vacuum pack it in the same box, freeze it long and well, take it out and reheat it and all without ever having to transfer or repack. Vacuum can increase the life of food in the fridge or freezer up to over three times as long!
Each Free box comes with an adapter for the hose from the vacuum sealer and a tool to open the box that is vacuum packed.
Suitable for freezer (but the vacuum packing itself is most effective at room temperature). Suitable for food. Suitable for oven up to 280°C. Suitable for microwave (only the glass container, not the lid). Suitable for dishwasher or hand washing. Can go directly from freezer into the oven.
