Kronans cedar gingerbread cookies have been named Sweden’s best gingerbread cookie several times. Free from palm oil. The recipe for Kronans Cedar Gingerbread Cookies came to northern Hälsingland in the 1920s from the Dingersjö Inn in Njurunda. The inn is one of Europe’s oldest coaching stations, founded as early as 1648. Production is still artisanal and follows old traditions. The unique taste, combined with a slightly sturdier cookie, has made Kronans gingerbread cookies sought after both within and outside Sweden’s borders. Dimensions: 18.5 x 8 x 18.5 cm.
