Juniper:
Of course, our organic juniper is an obvious garnish for G&T! Juniper is gin's justification for existence and is also found in many tonics. Crush the berry lightly to release the aromas and place 2-3 pieces in each glass. Combine with a fresh sprig of rosemary or a strip of lemon, grape or lime peel.
Star anise:
Star anise is beautiful decoration in the glass and delivers a mild anise tone. Use a whole star anise in each drink, enough if you don't want the anise to stand out more. Combine with a slice of fresh citrus and a sprig of rosemary.
Rose pepper:
The beautiful red, organic berries provide a lovely floral aroma with bright peppery notes. Use 5-6 peppercorns in a drink. They can also be frozen in ice cubes or served with a juniper berry, a strip of cucumber or citrus peel, a leaf from an herb or a thin slice of fresh fruit.
