With Genius Bubble Smoker, you make a (food approved) smoke-filled bubble that you can serve on a cocktail or a dish. With the help of the bubble mixture, you can easily create stable bubbles that become transparent and smoke-filled and give off a big puff of smoke when they burst. It is both a visual and sensory experience that can bring new life and a wow experience to any cocktail. In addition to dipping the mouthpiece into the liquid mixture to create the bubble, you need wood shavings to get the smoke. This can be flavoured with aromas to create a completely unique and fantastic cocktail. The Genius also works without the bubble mixture to use as a smoke gun. We were in the spring of 2022 and visited 100% Chef outside Barcelona and got to see the founder Angel demonstrate this for us. The reason he developed it was that he had seen similar articles that totally judged the quality of after having to repair them for his friends.
