Powerful (9kW) propane burner with three flames individually controlled by three taps; one for the left and right semi-circles of 3.2 kW each and a central burner of 2.8 kW. The flanges are chamfered to better fit round-bottomed vessels such as woks and almond roasters. The burner is connected to an ordinary gas bottle that you buy at the petrol station. The powerful combustion means that the burner is only used outdoors as it has no ignition fuse. Perfect for paella, stirring, frying, soup cooking and outdoor catering. The burner is not completely stainless, so if it is left outside in the rain, it can rust. Requires regulator kit, purchased separately! Gas consumption 740g/h. Burner diameter 290 mm. Weight 8,5 kg. Dimensions: 420 x 330 x 205 mm Made in Italy.
