A simple analog thermometer that attaches easily to the edge of a pan so you can keep track of the temperature of the oil when frying. Many analogue thermometers are designed to check the internal temperature of tubers in the oven or to put on a milk jug and therefore do not have a range higher than 100°C. This one, however, shows between 0°C and 300°C with illustrations that guide you where you should be for each food.
