Frying pan set with two 28 cm pans – one coated HaptIQ pan and one stainless steel frying pan. The combination gives you two different cooking surfaces suited to different types of cooking.
The HaptIQ pan features Scanpan's Stratanium+ non-stick coating and is ideal for ingredients that tend to stick or when you want to cook with less fat. The coated surface also makes the pan easy to clean after use.
The stainless steel pan is ideal when you want to cook at higher temperatures and achieve a good sear, for example when cooking meat. The ingredients may initially stick to the pan but will release once a proper sear has developed.
Together, the two pans offer different strengths – a convenient non-stick pan for everyday cooking and a stainless steel pan for higher heat and better browning.
Both pans work on all types of cooktops, including induction.
