Satake's series of frying pans have good frying properties. They are made of lightweight cast iron with Whitford Xylan coating - a patented non-stick coating with small depressions for increased air circulation around what you are frying. The frying pan combines the advantages of a cast iron pan with those of a non-stick pan and allows you to use all kinds of utensils - even metal. The coating is free of PFOA, PFA and phthalates.
