Frying pan in 18/10 stainless steel made in five layers. The layered construction ensures even heat distribution in the pan and is of extremely high quality. In addition to five layers of steel, this frying pan has three layers of Exceliss+ non-stick coating. Everything, both the pan and the coating, is made in Cristel's factory in eastern France. The stainless steel handle is riveted on the side. Available in several sizes.
The frying pan is compatible with all heat sources, including induction. It is also dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 250°C. Keep in mind that non stick can have different quality, of which this is premium, but that it still wears. To prolong its life, avoid metal utensils in the pan, don't heat it too hot (above 250°C), don't leave it on the highest setting on the hob (it's not necessary) and don't leave it on high heat empty.
