Functional and beautiful Italian pans in three layers. The pans consist of 55% copper. Available in three sizes.
Works well on all heat sources including induction.
The entire pan consists of three layers of metal; 1.1 mm copper on the outside, 3 mm aluminum inside and 0.4 mm stainless steel on the inside. At the bottom, the sandwich construction is reinforced with an induction disk.
